You Say Means TS Have Right on This Way & they Do Agreement Before Acquiring. They Can't Pay Additional Amount Excepting Hardwear. Am I Right Bro.

All I am saying is that if they lose the case they will have to pay full amount but If they win the case also they will have to pay some amount.
