Yes they changed alignment and exchanged with hd box they will extend the validity after checking STB I had Also recorded what customer care said
 
Brothers just call tatasky guys for new connection and ask about bigtv validity and balance in bigtv

Make sure you record the call it will be helpful when gone to consumer court
