i think your recharged after Swich Off the box (deactive) So the Problem happen..
if the box not use More than one Month.

Remove VC From Settop box Clean chip (Using Soft Cloth) and reinsert.. Or.

unplug the power code from main Power and wait 5 minuts re on ...

or you need to Refresh..
