To put into context Disney has 48 billion Dollars debt,Comcast has 102 billion Dollars debt compared to 15 billion dollars debt of Netflix

Bcoz Netflix business empire much smaller than others hence debt is less , risk of loss increases more the entity is diversified based on various factors involved

Ya I agree on it. But remember when viacomCBS were remerged people accused Shari redstone owner of national amusement that she will sell later the company to Comcast or Apple.
Currently viacomcbs which is ad revenue based company is incurring huge drop in shares now running at $17 per share. It was at $50+ in 2019 end

Personally i dont think any of recent rumoured merger is gonna happen.....too many rumours about whom will buy what....disney fox merger happened because they are capable of taking losses even then they are facing major troubles so i dont think other mergers will happen
