Yes. And in that one month TS will be a different operation than it is now with a lot more TP space. Who knows, we may just have many more Bengali channels added in October than just one replacement for Rupashi Bangla.

But according to leading bengali newspaper ad they will. Hope in this remaining one month channel will pay the remaining payment.

Yes Zee bangla cinema will be preferable. Is Tara Music up and running? I heard it is in life support from WB Govt. I don't think a channel which is in life support will be able to pay carriage fee.

As Ruposi Bangla removed, expect Zee Bangla Cinema highly.

Dont expect too much Bengali channels from Tata Sky as its a premium service provider- less ch pay more!

I can still remember when I was Tata Sky user (my 1st dth). Bengali ch too low. Even 24 Ghanta was a la carte @Rs 10/pm! Space issue was there, but TS should change its mentality.

Colors, NDTV Imagine, UTV Movies etc were part of LifeStyle AddOn @25/pm!

When Videocon started d2h, I dumped TS.

So what you think will happen after MPEG 4 migration (1 year) ? They will keep transponder free by not adding extra channels and pay ISRO monthly rental for those transponders. Dude they have 12 transponder. By MPEG 4 compression they need 5 - 6 transponder to carry 250 channels which they have right now. So that means they have 6 - 7 transponder free. Pay rent for 7 transponder to ISRO but not adding a single channel to those transponder. What a funny joke
