First quarter of 2016 ends on march 31th which means only a month and few days are left. So finnaly SAB HD is being launched within a month or so. hya

F.Y.2016-17 1st quarter means APR-16 TO JUNE-16

In the early first quarter of FY 16-17 means definitely they will launch SAB HD in April as its clear by the 'early first quarter' which is April, if its said in the mid of first quarter then it will be May, and if its said that at the end of first quarter or late in the first quarter then it will be June, So finally SAB HD is arriving in April !!

So Tatasky will now add two more HD channels i.e. SAB HD and HBO HD in April !!
