Saif-Kareena celebrate their first Christmas, post wedding

The recently wed hottest couple of the Bollywood industry celebrated a special Christmas this year, their first Christmas after the wedding. The duo decided to celebrate their Christmas along with their friends this year. They had a fantastic party with all their friends and Kareena dressed herself as lady Santa, wearing the cap of Santa.

After their wedding, that took place in October, the couple is having a good time. They have also planned a wonderful New Year celebration.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is extremely attached to Christmas since her mother is half Christian. That is why, no matter how hectic her schedule is, the actress will leave her work and join her family for Christmas celebration. The actress is very particular about the Christmas celebrations and arranges everything herself.

A few years ago, when she visited London, she bought a Christmas fir tree that she found at Harrods. Her family also makes Plum pudding. That is shipped from London especially for this occasion. Kareena celebrated with an artificial tree every year and hence decided to go for a nice change. She was extremely excited after she bought the tree from Harrods. She also visits the church with her sister and her mother. In the evening a small family party is arranged and delicious food like turkey is cooked.

This year, people have anticipated a slight change in her Christmas plans as the actress is now married. However, the actress made sure that she is in Mumbai and she attended the church with sister Karishma, mother Babita and her husband Saif. She even revealed to the people that she never wants to miss the huge family celebration that takes place every year. Although this Christmas might have undergone a special change, the actress says that she just has got Saif, which is yet another thing to thank god. Christmas has remained special for her and will remain special to her forever. The humble actress also added the fact that once they attend the midnight mass at the church they will just pray for everybody’s peace and happiness.

On 25th she had attended a lunch with her family. As a responsible aunt, she buys gifts for her sister’s children, Kiaan and Samaira, who are always pampered by her. In the evening she had a wonderful party with her husband and friends. At the end of the Christmas the couple has planned for a holiday in Switzerland for the New Year.
