No. LS/RS tv won't shut down. Their entity is merging. They may or may not undergo rebranding. SansadTV will be parent entity with two channels.

There will have two seperate channels under SansadTV. Both çhannels will be available on TV separately, not just one feed. Otherwise LS/RS both live telecast wont be possible in one feed
