Seeking Help Scrambled picture on 1 TP (Now solved)

Guys I recently got Internetv TV box. Some rather worrying issue is there which I could not find a solution for.

TP 12711 H 45000 8PSK 2/3 (SAB HD, TEN2 HD, etc) is very much distorted all the time, both audio n video. I can confirm it's not a signal issue. I am sharing the signal strength here. I even tested with satellite meter and quality is pretty good. I tested with an old Airtel HD box and those TP channels are fine. I took my Internet TV Box to another house and same distortion is there on that TP but same good signal quality is there.
Both TV n remote got updated during initial installation. Later I did a factory reset even. Can some experts pls suggest me a solution. I'm using this outside India.

look constantly at the signals, is it getting unlocked in between ?

try to replace d lnb if d issue persists.

Signals remain constant for any given period of time. Always green and locked. Could it be a stb malfunction? I will try with another lnb. Thanks

yup, try another lnb....

I tried to check for an update manually in Android settings and there I found an update and updated s/w twice including remote's. With first update the issue was resolved. I wonder why it did not auto update which happened during first installation. I am very much relieved now Thanks @shawl_who
