"First, we will launch a channel Se7en (pronounced Seven) for the Northeast audience. It will be an English music channel with some music-related content sourced locally. Next in line is humour-centric Hindi entertainment channel Happii, which will be on air by the end of 2016. We are also going to expand our footprints with the launch of Bengali and Punjabi entertainment channels," group chief executive Manav Dhanda said.

The company is developing a digital platform, Happii Fi, which will be launched in a couple of months and will complement the channel later, Dhanda said. "Happii will be a multiplatform comedy brand. On digital we will have Happii Fi, where we will have shortform content as well as lite games. We will also create an on-ground event platform and one-and-a-half years down the line, an indigenous platform for media dark areas."
