anyway, i'm asking these questions after hearing abt stb reupdating harmfulness in previous comments with serious concern, bcs my epg dosent get updated everyday automatically which should happen 2 times in a day @ 5:36 am/pm from airtel server end.. I've to restart stb for that.(sometimes it auto updates also for 2 days continously..)

and another issue is series recording for Asianet serials like sthreedhanam, schedule breaks on its own on Monday & Tuesday episode..

don't know what's happening.. tried everything under the sun!!

simple method: Go to "EPIC" channel or any other chnl on 11480 V tp ( d no signal tp)

press menu, installation menu will appear , then check...
no need to pull d wire out :no

go to settings>system setup> press Red+left arrow+Green+Right Arrow+Yellow(one after another) then a new installation option will apper..and check that.

so now we have to change our single lnb to mono block lnb for ses7 & ses9 or we can still use single lnb to get channel from both ses7 & 9. because when dish tv introduced mono block lnb customer had to pay the price for lnb and company did not provided free.

no need of any extra lnb :no
both sats. will be @108e slot.

In dish tv, nss6 is @95e and as5 is @100e. Thats why monoblock is required.
