I have read somewhere that gsat- 11 is only for vsat services

Think it otherway. Currently vsat, defence and broadband users are using those satellite which are also used by DTH. So if we can migrate them to a new location at 74 E then those transponder will be vacant. So DTH can use those without realign the dishes :k
