I think ISRO/Antrix no more want to let Indian DTH use foreign SATs, as we all know very well that Tata sky started to use Gsat 10 at last after a huge 3/4years long duration fight with Antrix, and Sun Direct and Rdtv still struggling where foreign Sat is available @ same location. Now Indian DTHs have to wait for Indian SATs only if they need more bandwidth...
