He keep telling that no fault in LNB and not changing it. Also he was telling that this is normal and happen with everyone on DISHTV.

Very bad experience with DISHTV now a days. I was there customer since 2008 and re-switch to it with HD upgrade. Previously I was using Videocon d2h (3 year). Now I'm regretting why i switched back to them.
