Already they have two bhakti channels, Sidharth Bhakti and Jay Jagannath, which no other entertainment broadcaster has. If Sidharth Gold also becomes a devotional channel, Sidharth TV will be the only non-devotional channel in the network! 
I can understand if a network wants to have one bhakti channel, like ETV Life recently. But three bhakti channels for an entertainment broadcaster?!
