White means signal quality is poor. That's the problem. I think dish alignment changed in heavy rain. If you are confident it's a do it your self job to peak the dish alignment. Otherwise call cc.

DIY,

Mark the current 1.azimuth,2.elevation angle & 3.LNB skew with a white marker pen or good sketch pen in dish itself. This is to ensure to return to current set up in the event of a failure attempt.

Study about the basics of 1-3 above from internet.

Now take a spanner to loosen azimuth and elevation bolts slightly. Now adjust azimuth slowly first and then elevation slowly.Check the quality for improvement to green color or maximum attainable.Then tight the bolts properly.

I think skew is not changed. It won't change normally.

U must try LNBF Skew fine tune for signal quality from white to green also...
