Seeking Help Signal not receiving

I’m not getting some SD channels in my box

Star Bharat
&tv
Zee Tv
Colour
Aaj Tak and some others.

If you are subscribed to HD version of these channels then it's not a signal issue, the channels are hidden to scroll through EPG easily and SD channels will come back once you subscribe it.
