Seeking Help channels 631 and 633 not receiving signals

Channels 631 and 633 not receiving signals everyday after 4PM. At this time all other channels working fine. This problem is repeating after 4pm everyday and these 2 channels working fine in the morning.

Called CC and they told me to do master reset and nothing has changed. They suggested a technician visit, I denied.

On both these channels T1 singals are 0 and T2 signals are 80

Any idea on the problem

I am getting both CNN and BBC without an issue. You should actually go for the suggested technician visit.

problem might be with ur LNB mostly...get it checked
