signal problem free installer visit

Dear Team, Service Visit charges are going to change from 170/- to 200/- from 15th April for all WOs which are created from 15th April.

 
Dear Technician, सभी प्रकार के WO में यह निश्चित करें कि सबस्क्राइबर चेनल न. -157, 569 तथा 674 देख पा रहा है.

This installer visit only 4 HD plus Customer and Mdu Customer I don't have channel number 157 672 674 visit charge will detected or not it will be decision on installer cco

Bro tell me this missed call no.is applicable for free installer visit or not in case of signal problem in newly launched channels because when I missed call on this no. then a message came stated that "Thank you for registering your missed call request with Tata Sky, Shortly we will get your subscriber ID checked for this request." What does it mean bro?
