Signal quality reduced after software update.

Now either one of the lnb signal is less than 50% earlier both lnb signal is 100%.

If we record 2 channels signal is 50% in both lnb.

please check and comment.

Yes after software update one of lb signal is 100% n other lb signal reduced to below 50%. that means 35% .before update both lb signal r 100% I don't know what happened??

But when I go to satellite settings through hidden menu and select Insat 4a-14 then it shows full strength and full quality. Also when I watch recorded programs it shows it at full 100.
But when I use any of the tuner as you've said, it reduces to 60.
