Siri Kannada is just a content provider, they are purely dependent on AllTime networks for transmitting in Cable. Adding on DTH would be delayed till they get sufficient fund.

Mazhavil Manorama is owned by a big media house. Flowers too. However, Kasturi and Siri Kannada (or for that matter channels like Polimer and Vasanth in Tamil) have a very small budget and its owners are not going to go for big-budget shows.

Mazhavil manorama should be in profit right if they r having big budget shows irrespective of media house. If they r on loss, there won't be much shows from them.

Most probably they are Using All Time Channel licence
That's why 2 logos appears in Screen, they don't have funds and Channel will close like Kalki Kannada
