Vikram's upcoming movie, directed by Shankar is renamed as 'Ai'. In the initial days of production, director Shankar named the movie as 'I', and poster was also released. But in the later development, the director has named the movie as 'Ai' in his blog.
On July 15th, director Shankar gave an update about the movie in his blog, and also mentioned the movie name as 'Ai'. Tamil Super Star Vikram plays the lead role with Amy Jackson in the movie.
The music is scored by AR Rahman. Shankar and Vikram combination gave a early hit Anniyan in the year 2005, a story of a Lawyer who have multiple personality disorder.
After Endhiran in 2010, the star director Shankar, started working with Vikram. The movie is still in the production stage.
Director Shankar blogged, 75% of the movie is complete and they are going for next schedule in couple of days. Presently the team is in Weta Workshop, New Zealand.
