It is sky sports hd and I gotta private IPTV provider based in Europe so its a good service and got more than 1600 channels

YES IPTV is required wired internet connection i think.

Yes wired or wireless it doesn't matter but the minimum required internet speed should be around 10mbps to watch it without any buffer
