I got a mail from D2h that they have refreshed my smart card after my complaint.

I have email them but they have till now they have not answer my mail.

Me too had to wait till 9pm after mailing them @ 10am yesterday, think they did the reset then only I could get the channels. After that they sent the mail @ 10:22pm.
