Solid HDS2 2100 box can't save HD channels from ST 2 @ 88

Hi dear member, i have problem in my solid box. It scan d2h active music and 3d channel in HD but cannot save it. How can i fix it . Help me

What is the signal of that Tp, it's runing well on my Solid.

Signal is more than 70

Then signal is not a problem, is other HD channels are stored from Videocon.

In pics your Tp is showing like that 3354 V 43798, but Tp are not these, you are scanning it wrong,
You have to change your Lnb FQ, I think now it's set at 5150, changed it to 9750-10600, & then do Auto Search,

if you are doing blind scan then it happens like this in some stbs, as d2h uses high symbol rate and all stbs can't catch that directly. so try to scan tps manually and check if the channel get saved after that..

DVB S2 enabled or not?

My receiver catch & store either Sun Direct or Reliance which have DVB S2 but ADTV & V D2H not store.

very good point raised by ratnesh, i also got same problem..... from ST2...

both FTA channels d2h hd music and NGC 3D from ST2 got scanned but were not getting saved... But the same channels ran properly with Openbox S10,

Please notice the Symbol Rates of both the channels, they are close to 45000 Ksps, and as i told vishal ji our new satellite enthusiast about the same problem, Solid stbs especially Solid HD S2 2100 is not able to support channels with high symbol rates...
