and, Sony can get their previous shows like Bigg Boss, Jhalak , Fear Factor again.

I hope Disney snatch rights to indian idol or KBC or DWTS because ABC airs it & if Disney doesn't do anything they can loose their domiant title. Also they should launch their internationals channel in india because seeing how huge this deal is. Star have no present in News, Youth as well as we're forgetting that TV18 & reliance will own 2 big Flagship Channels SET & Colors which is not good for me.

Sony will never ever give Indian Idol. KBC format is owned by Sony Pictures so No Chance For Star to grab it

They already have 3 Flagship channels
SET, Sony Sab and Colors.
Through this merger, Colors may be designed content for Rural Audiences, SET for Urban audiences and Sony Sab as Comedy Channel.

Sony Max will be the premiere channel, Cineplex will turn into &pictures type of channel, while Max2 classics, Wah - Dubbed Cinema, Rishtey Cineplex - FTA and Colors Cineplex Bollywood as exclusive Bollywood channel. I am hoping that CC Bollywood HD should show films like Andhadhun, Shahid, Citylights, (may move to star), YJHD, KANK , Section 375 and others

Sports and Regional They compliment each other
