English feed is available in KIX but D2H is not providing English feed in KIX. You can get English feed in SIX in D2H. Same is the case with Dish TV too.

Are you talking about missing English feed? Then it is not available in Dish TV too. It is not a business only tactic. It is as per the deal between channel and DTH. Some other DTH are not having few audio feeds in few channels (I don't know exactly). It is also not because of business strategy. It is as per the deal between the DTH and channel.
