So if Sonyliv is subscribed from Airtel recharge pack, will it work on tv also ?

Exactly don't know how it works...I think u have to subscribe airtel xstream app itself...Monthly 149/- and 1499/- yearly...U will get as many as 14 OTT app subscription...

I guess Tata Sky must be redirecting to respective app for live tv channels from sony, u must b having xstream app on ur box , as sony as partnership with airtel for content/live chs on airtel xstream app so this might b the reason why it is playing live chs using it

BTW live channels r not avail in all Android TV platforms...It's avail in mobile and Strangely Binge plus box... FYKI in FTS and Mi Box4K it's not avail...In FTS even Sonyliv and Lionsgate play too not available..

U can subscribe stand alone too...About month ago I had subscribed NammaFlix and worked fine...Don't know after app update it's there or not...Full access now on mobile and Binge plus only...In FTS no lionsgate play and sonyliv app and no live channels in Mi Box 4K..
