Max is available in all the ROI packs and it's equivalent South packs. That is from Gold pack onward and also from South Gold pack onward. It is not available only on South Silver, South Silver Maxi and South Silver Sports packs. Now they added to these packs as an offer for IPL.

And, there were no changes in the availability of the Max in the said packages for more than 2 years since I am using D2H for 2 years and I am very well aware of the packages.

Yes, Dish TV is giving Kix for free. But D2H not added Kix yet. Same is the case with Tata Sky and Sun Direct too. We can discuss the free offer of Kix once the channel got added.
