Zee and Sony brands will coexist under culver max parent company. That is the only change

I do agree that Sony Pictures Networks India is much easier to understand. However, do note that the company’s previous name before that was Multi Screen Media (MSM) and even that name did not make it obvious that it is the parent of the Sony channels. So this has happened before as well. Rest assured, all the individual Sony channels will be unaffected.

We should wait for the official press release. Many other steps are involved in this rebranding. Look how Disney Star did it two weeks ago. Communicating this change to the public will be done slowly and steadily when the time comes, which should hopefully be in the coming weeks.
