In my view Tata Sky is facing severe space crunch. Might be some technical glitch hampered their plans to migrate to mpeg 4. Even they are losing ground to the arch rival Dish TV.

i think u r right maybe the are facing space crunch and because of that they are unable to add new sd and hd channels what will happen to tata sky only god knows about it :'''(
