Seeking Help Sound problem

Tatasky mentions some channels as DD+ in EPG.But TV identifies those channels as only DD.My sound output is set to DD+ in STB.
My TV identifies some channels correctly as DD+ as mentioned in EPG.
Is this a problem with Tata sky or my TV?

Guys this is normal behaviour with all stb's
, I will update you guys technical reason soon ( I need to read).

FYI , similar thread exist with Airtel sections.

My Sony TV supports Dolby digital, still the behaviour is same when TV preferred sound selected as DD.

For me, the problem is for both mode DD+ & DD.

The problem is coming only with DD+ sound so you can change sound mode DD+ to DD sound in sound settings problem solved

If I understand correctly, setting Dolby digital as preferred sound in both TV & Stb , and you are able to control the volume ( I hope you are not paired your TV remote with Stb remote), of HD channels Dolby volume, is that right?

What can be issue. I used to face this issue on HD channels having DD+ audio via HDMI ARC. But then I changed to optical cable, now I face this issue rarely on few channels

Which channels bro but I'm getting good audio quality via arc my HT also having HDMI input
