U 4gt ur registerd mobile number also?
1st chk in menu if it is showing ur RMN or ID,if nt call 18001028080 nd select enter RMN nd try all the mobile numbers u hav,wen u gt the RMN the IVR will announce ur cust ID.

u can know Customer id by stb id or vc number So call Customer Care And ask About id By vc number.
