Sony has better management w.r.t. the live telecast of major games than Star. But, the logo needs major revamp. It's my only gripe against Sony.
But I want pre-shows and post shows too.

Mostly Chance Like This👇👇
Sony Six - Sony Sports 1
Sony Ten1 - Sony Sports 2
Sony Ten2 - Sony Sports 3
Sony Ten3 - Sony Sports Hindi
Sony Espn - Sony Espn

i dont think sony would use language name in a sports channel. it will be simply sony sports 3 probably

They could. Check the Sony Movies Christmas logo in the UK. They could very well adopt logos like that and brand channels here too

Seems like Sony Network agreement period with West Indies / Zimbabwe cricket has expired and they have not renewed it... Quite possible that broadcast contracts with Pakistan will meet same fate. Discovery has great opportunity to build on cricket portfolio, Star will anyways not invest more in cricket as almost all budget already consumed by India Cricket rights.

WWE will surely stay with Sony, it is their most valued property. Wish Doordarshan gets onboard Scotland, Ireland and other associate nation rights

Also Sony Ten Sports's deal with South Africa and Srilanka broadcast and digital rights ends in this March. With Star's Rights with NZ Cricket and Bangladesh Cricket Board ending in March, a complete overhaul is expected in rights! Fancode too is in the race!!

Probably with Sony giving up ESPN name and rebranding it to something else, Star will have the liberty to use and take advantage of the ESPN name and fame again, maybe by rebranding Start Sports Select 1 and 2 to ESPN 1 and 2.
