Seems they will launch all channels before November 15 th.. Coz fifa 2002 is coming and they have the satellite telecast rights.. Hope all channels will be available in all DTH platforms..

Most of the Kerala people prefer to watch sports in English (only like the live events which everyone in Kerala watch will it be financially feasible to telecast in malayalam) whereas if you have a 24hr malayalam sports channel showing highlights and old matches in malayalam it will be a loss as the youth mostly prefer watching in English unlike Tamil Nadu where majority watch in Tamil so it is profitable to launch 24*7 sports channel in tamil

they will language feeds for the same as and when required. Before launching any new channel broadcasters analyse all factors and most importantly business/financial viability of the said channel. Having a separate Bengali or malayalam sports channels might not have passed this test or maybe they will consider it in near future as sports channels business starts to grow

I know factors like having dedicated Tamil and Telugu movie channels like Star Maa and Zee Thirai. Yet adding audio feeds of Tamil and Telugu to English movie channels like Star Movies and &Flix. It's a brilliant strategy. They deserve Industry's Most Innovative Awards for the contribution.

Bcoz star maa and zee thirai have been launched to primarily air native Telugu and tamil regional language films. They can very well accomodate dubbed hollywood movies or launch new channel for airing hollywood movies dubbed in tamil/ telugu of it is viable but having additional language options on english movies is a good thing in either case . Viewers can choose the channel of their choice to watch content , mostly if there is a dedicated channel like UTV Action available for dubbed hollywood films in hindi or if a broadcaster airs such films on its regional movie channels then multi language audio option will b provided for select movies on their english movie channels so that viewership does not entirely get diverted to it.

Audio feeds on english movie channels basically helps add viewers to the channel but in my opinion separate channel does that job more effectively..... as i have said for each regional language broadcasters cannot launch separate dubbed hollywood movies or sports channels hence they work on a strategy to provide such content on existing channels and scheduling depends on ratings achieved for such content
