source told me : comcast will enter India with partnership with viacom18. will combine power with existing viacom18. comcast already has ties with RIL's CNBC. now comcast is looking for merge its operational and distribution business with VIACOMCBS international asia pacific.
so this is bound to happen. RIL will go with NBC sports name as looks NBC is the one investing in sports for viacom18. however RIL will go with jio brand for digital sports live. NBC eyes on IPL shares as its seen taste of Disney+ success.
Bro can we expect channels launching this year

All are getting ready in fast phase. NTO 2.0 is the thing keeping them on stay. I don't know about enough information. Neither about when it will launch. Recently Comcast launched Skyshowtime for Europe for 2022. So works will start in 2022 for Asia and india

This is very complicated 😃. Viacom & CBS merged. In India they tied up with Reliance and formed Network 18. Now Comcast is going to join with them. The company had a prominent 'Colors' brand. I think Viacom CBS is the company that hold numerous equally valued brand names than others.
Any way this big trio can bring huge financial back up to the upcoming sports entity that makes them able to compete with Star & Sony. Two positive things I am hoping by the arrival of Viacom CBS sports division are..
1. Ending Duopoly and thus more good contents will come.
2. Reducing cricket mania of Star. Compared to other networks Viacom 18 is not much infatuated with mass viewership. As an example, while others slowly taking exit from many English genres, Viacom maintaining their channels like VH1, MTV etc fairly. So I am expecting they will treat all type of sports they have equally - ie not giving much priority to a single sport.
