Star Sports 3 for a change is airing Premier League matches of this weekend. These are same matches as those airing on Star Sports Select 1 and HD. I think they will air in Bengali and Malyalam commentary here.

They are indeed airing in Bangla and Malyalam. Star really needs convert Star Sports 3 to 16:9 format if they want to use it as a multilingual channel. PQ just looks horrible.
