Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

I am starting this thread to serve as a ready reference for Sports Broadcast Rights in India as well as general discussion regarding current and upcoming sports channels in India. I request members to collect information on current broadcast rights with all Indian sports channels so that I can later make an illustration on the same and post it here.

A very good initiative taken by Star sports that they are airing the ongoing French Open on Star sports 2 also (I thought that they will restrict this to their star sports select channels only but they proved me wrong).
