Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

It's part of Australia tour of India in March month happening series, after that once again Australia tour India for 5 T20 matches in December 2023.
 
Star Sports / BCCI have a much better Hindi commentary team for Domestic matches. I happened to watch highlights of the final of Cooch Behar Trophy and the commentary was both knowledging and fabulous.

Actually they have Rights for only 102 matches including both Domestic and International, per match value 60.1 Cr and many matches Rights still left due to covid. also BCCI Media Rights Huge loss for broadcasters like Domestic match airing without Ads, still they recovered acquisition cost from JIo TV Agreement and Global media Rights syndication deals without any proper profit/Revenue.

Even yesterday India vs Sri Lanka match aired with less ads on Star Sports and Hotstar, BCCI media Rights not worth for Broadcasters like ECB/CA Media Rights.
