I guess never.
They had got permission for it on 2015. Till now channel has not been launched. I think they will rename it & replace with any new channel.

A friend of mine has joined Star Sports as an associate producer for Star Sports Kannada. According to her, they will be launching SS1 Kannada soon, aimed for 2019 IPL season. Other regional channels would eventually join this list.

Mostly they'll rename International FOX Network Channels(FIC)

I guess, Star Gold Select SD, HD, Star Maa Gold, Star Vijay Super, Star Suvarna Plus.
