Buddy since u r indirectly referring to me as ICP so let me state clearly that i have never said what u r attributing towards me. Please go thru my posts again to understand what is the meaning of what i have stated and the reasoning i have provided for sports channels to skip airing certain live events, not buying broadcast/digital rights of certain sports properties or just going for digital rights of certain properties or why india cricket / IPL is featured more on Star Sports.

Above all it is a business and broadcasters have to run it with a well thought about strategy wherein it can cater to all viewers in most effective manner as well as recover investment / earn profits. You may not agree but considering the extremely high investments Star Sports (disney-star) has made in buying key cricket rights like IPL, BCCI , ICC etc. (Bcoz these r extremely popular among people and get excellent ratings) still it has gone ahead and invested a lot in acquiring other sports rights which r aired on their Linear TV channels as well as OTT platform Disney+Hotstar.

Not only does disney-star air Premier League matches on their sports channels or OTT platform but they even air various discussion shows (live and recorded) all thru the day/week on Star Sports Select channels. Also various other non cricket Live or Recorded Sports and documentaries/shows related to it r aired on Star Sports Select channels. Even NFL is aired live on Star Sports Select channels despite having negligible viewership in India.

Also i have seen ads of prominent non cricket sports events / league being aired across Star Sports channels during key live cricket matches. Ofcourse they will not replace regular ads with promos during such matches as revenue earned thru each of such ad slots is very crucial for the business but still they accommodate promotions of key non cricket sporting events/league whenever it is possible....if certain ad slots remain unsold during key live cricket matches them such promotions happen more often at that time. All thru the day too Star Sports does promote wide range of popular/international non cricket sporting events across its sports channels or even niche channels like Star Movies, National Geographic / Fox Life or sometimes even on mass oriented channels like Star Plus HD / Star Gold HD and even on its OTT platform disney+hotstar

Bro you are just nissed it's never bbl vs pak odi clash Sony just skip live events for highlights.
Atleast sony should make arrangements like Eurosport did
Use sony sports ten 5 sd for pak match and hd for bbl atleast then its better than blackout or try same with ten 1

Ya in my case i atleast watch match till hard hitter on crease after that i turn off tv
