Than how can you see it has good PQ. Half the movie goes out of screen. Watched Golmaal couple of days back half the credits were out of the screen.

That is bound to happen. Bcoz they stretch out original HD aspect ratio to convert it into Standard Definition format. All broadcasters do it. U may not be able to see starting credits fitting in the screen but important part of the movie shots will fit in well within the stretched SD aspect ratio as movie makers do take into consideration this strategy adopted by broadcasters to air the movie on its SD channels.

Other option is to use Letterbox aspect ratio which will lead to squeezing original HD aspect ratio of the movie from top and bottom thus having huge black bars on up and down side while movie will get aired in minute part of the screen. Though this there won't be any cropping of image on left or right side but again movie viewing experience will be adversely impacted due to just small part of the screen airing the relevant content.

Anyways soon all broadcasters will adopt 16:9 picture aspect ratio format for their hindi movie channels and thereby all the issues will get sorted. There will neither be need to crop the picture nor to use letter box aspect ratio as SD format will be phased out.

Just a quick fact, MTV Beats SD airs content in 16:9 picture aspect ratio but at the same time uses 2x zoom option to crop out black bars which r visible/there in songs available in HD format. Thus images get cropped from left and right side there too except for few songs which would have been originally shot in 16:9 video aspect ratio

Free is not Free, if we have Active Paid Data plan only can watch. else it's another scam.

Buddy, it is free bcoz one would not be paying any addition fee to watch or access the content. Internet Cost is a separate thing , we do not use it just for watching IPL. Both do compliment each other but are not exclusively aligned together. Jio and even Airtel , Vi will come up with Data Pack Offers during IPL.

Even incase of DTH or Cable if we get some channels or packs for free still we pay monthly electricity charges for usage of both Set Top Box and TV. Such miscellaneous costs r there for everything.

I am all happy for good offers or discounts but companies giving things for free spoils the quality of product or service. A balanced business or revenue model should be adopted wherein company does not have to face losses, consumer gets the product at affordable pricing. Consumer should give priority tp good quality over just buying cheaper things or getting freebies. If qe invest somewhat more on a good product then it lasts long and gives good user experience else opting for free things or low quality - less priced things leads to a customer facing one issue or another. Once on a while freebie is fine as long as company is not negatively impacted by the same

Yeah it's like if We add paid channels on DTH or Cable still we get Free channels and DD channels. But no longer telecom operators can provide Free Data and later they will charge for everything from Paid plans only.
It's month cost if we subscribe few selected channels only then around Rs. 250 including NCF too.

Mostly depends on Mobile streaming but 2 GB not enough for streaming a match or even for 1 hour streaming, Now it's 4K production with new features consumes more data in SD/HD. If we add data add on of 6 GB/Rs.61/- per day then per month it's cost around Rs.1,830/- and for 2 months Rs.3,660/-

Can please anyone tell me which channel in india will broadcast f1. I am not interested in ipl and cricket. For once please. Will formula one be regained by star sports or any other channel
