Spots18/Sony doesnt have ICC/BCCI rights. ICC events are always loss making as most of the tournaments are out of India/not suitable to Indian prime time to attract high ad revenue.
FIFA and other Football Rights itself big loss venture without ads, most of these events happening midnight, comparing with cricket rights.

Nope, watched by the market that matters. Unlike cricket of which is mostly nowadays targetted towards gamblers. Football attracts massive rich and posh audience.

Doesn't make any sense if they acquired football Rights for 400/500 Croes, which airing most of time in midnight. Losing 5 to 10 Croes league Rights which is big for them.

Who is losing more here the one sho spent ₹400 - ₹500 crore or the one who spent ₹19,000 crores? 😜

One who spent ₹400 - ₹500 crore for midnight match, can't get even single ads and failed to acquisition of subscribers. without Ads and Subscribers acquisition they will never breakeven their properties.

It's not low if they acquire midnight airing most of these 4/5 events for same amount. ICC/IPL big properties broadcaster and Streaming platforms even more they earn from syndication Rights in India itself.
