In my opinion they must play Live TV for all Star Channel including Disney on JioTV & JioTV+ and pause/redirect to hotstar subscription page during paid tournament like IPL, ODI, FIFA, etc.
Afterall Jio and Star are now one as JioHotstar on OTT space.
