Star Gold HD sound problems

From couple of days i m facing one new strange problem , on Star Gold HD while Dolby audio selection surround sound channels both rear left and rear right chanell is muted currently I m watching once upon time in Mumbai...
Please confirm everybody.....
Other Star HD channels working fine

Yes. Same with me on hd DVR for star gold only.
No surrounded effects being observed.

I think there is problem is genuine
Cause only surround channels are only working on commercial AD. On movies only fronts three chanel working.

As I updated earlier, not all movies are telecasted with surround. Check a new movie and update.

right now jolly llb movie is running
Some days before I watched that movie that time surround sound working but now not single note/beat is coming from surround sound
On AD its working fine
So that is something really problem whether it from Airtel or Star HD groups

Yes, you are right. Not working for this movie!! If you watched this movie earlier in surround then definitely there's an issue. It could be from the broadcaster side, may be other DTH users can confirm!!

STAR gold is not pure HD channel.
I saw they telecasting unscaled movies even in prime time.

60% movies are not HD on this channel

Yes you are right. But I think the problem now is that the 40% is also missing the surround sound!!

You are exactly correct , surround sound not working, only 2.1 for the current movie JOLLY LLB.
Now we have to check with other operators , whether they also facing the same issue.

Note: I checked physically with my ears, because the signal is showing as DD+
