Surround sound problem on Star Gold HD on Airtel HD.

From couple of days i m facing one new strange problem , on Star Gold HD while Dolby audio selection surround sound channels both rear left and rear right chanell is muted yesterday I Watched JOLYY LLB & I am using Airtel HD+ . on Commercial Advertise its working fine as need. but while watching Movie rear Surround Both Chanel compactly Mute not even single Beat/Voice cumming entire movie. working like 3.1 on 5.1 Chanel.
Please confirm TATA Sky HD as soon as possible whether it is Airtel Dep. Glitch or from Star HD Group Problem.....

I am using tata sky.
Facing same problem. There is 3.1 sound coming from my avr.
There is no 5.1 surround sound coming.

watching Guddu Rangila without surround sound and watching commercial AD with full surround sound

Mtunes HD also having surround problems. Fake hd channel.
