Most consumers know that Star has been a part of Disney since 2019. However, the fact that pre-acquisition brands such as Hungama and UTV were sister properties of Star was not so well known until this rebrand.

In India, Disney's presence was this only. And due to that many people still thinks Disney as brand of kid's entertainment only.
