Star Pravah removed from all ROI Packs

Sun DTH has removed Star Pravah from all ROI base packs. It will now only be available as an ala carte @ RS 8.9 p.m. or as a part of Free Marathi Regional Top up.

I am in Bengali Pack and Star Pravah has been removed from my pack.

The Channel Star Pravah is removed from 30th January 2013 onwards. Now if you want to watch it take Marathi as a part of one free regional top up or else subscribe it additionally @ RS 8.90 p.m.

It is removed from all packs because I personally think that they are trying to make Marathi Regional Top Up more stronger by having 4 Channels in it: Star Pravah + Zee Marathi + Zee Talkies + ETV Marathi. Other Marathi Channels DD -Sahyadri, ABP Majha, Mi Marathi & IBN Lokmat available on base packs.

Earlier Star Pravah was FTA channel but from this financial year, it will be available as pay channel. Anyway sun DTH is not popular in maharashtra as very less hindi and marathi channels.

First of all new Financial begins in April I suppoose. And please don't post wrong info. SUN DTH has almost all the Hindi Channels. Here is the list:
DD -National + DD -Bharati + Star Plus + Life OK + Star Utsav + Zee TV + Sony + Sony Sab + Colors + Sahara One + Mahuaa TV + ETV Rajasthan.
I think almost all the popular Hindi Channels are covered. Is it not Sbhopale ???? Yes then you will say Zee Smile, 9X & Firangi. But those are bogus Channels. Then, as far as Marathi Channels are concerned SUN DTH has 8 out of 11 Channels. Here is the list : DD -Sahyadri + Star Pravah + ABP Majha + Zee Marathi + Zee Talkies + ETV Marathi + Mi Marathi + IBN Lokmat. Only Saam TV & Zee 24 Taas missing. And the last one 9X Jhakaas, very new channel available till date only on Videocon D2H. Please comment based on real facts.............. You people just believe in one notion that SUN DTH is not suitable for north & keep on making the same type of comments over & over again. Don't be biased. Decide yourself & then comment.

Sun DTH is south based,
1. More south channels like 25tamil, 22telugu, 20 malyalam, 15 kannada in other hand 8marathi, 6 panjabi, 3 gujarati, 1 bhojpuri,

2)most important is HD era, there are 8 HD channels in sun DTH, 4 are from sun group and 2 english, 2 info entertainment. where are hindi HD channels, where are hindi music channels [only 3] and bishu you say sun DTH is not south base. Truth is truth. No matter You agree or not, but this is reality.
