We can't blame only MIB this time for not approving licence of SS1 Bangla, Malayalam, Marathi.
Just only 1-2 months ago, they gave approval for so many channels including SS1 Telugu, Kannada and SMK SD, HD too. If Star had a real plans for launching of SS1 Bangla, Malayalam, Marathi etc, they could apply the licences for same at the same time, but they don't. They knowingly delay their plans.

They got license for these channels in 2016/17 but later they dropped the plan & surrendered the license.

It is not spamming .it is question which y do not know. Only zaxotes can answer it@zaxotes does not work for Star Sports. Somehow he got the inside information about the channel's launch. Please do not repeatedly ask whether Star Sports 1 Bangla will launch as it is considered to be spamming.
