This means Australian domestic cricket broadcast of Governal General XI Tour Matches, List A and First Class Matches, Sheffield Shield, WNCL and Marsh One Day Cup stays with Fancode.
Yes only business based matches with star 😎

Sony should have retained CA rights at any cost. BCCI rights will not give any profit. Since half of the touring teams will be SL/WI/Ban etc. And most of the star players would be rested in paytm series and moreover every match has to be shared with DD.

Is this because of Sony Zee merger? Last time Sony acquired Ten Sports channels when they had to let go of IPL rights. Sony knows with Viacom entering the sports market. It's gotta be expensive. Earlier Star and Sony kind of had duopoly with smaller competition like Eurosport and no competition from 1Sport.
Maybe because both Sony/Zee have different ideologies. better merge should cancel or Sony should acquire entire Zee Network.

If ENG tv rights also acquired by star than they definitely increase price of hotstar
Kidney bech ke hotstar subscription lena padega
I think Price remain low or slightly increase, currently hotstar lost Big property IPL, Viacom18/Voot which acquires IPL Streaming Rights for 23,758 crores. after Acquiring CA, BBL Rights too still Hotstar struggling Alternative of IPL.
